Direct TV Dish Needed

It's for my apartment and the renter hopes to get it in soon. He has a portable up in AZ. There is a dish up there, Dish Network but apparently the two dishes don't dish out the signal the same !! Thanks anyway. I"ve got a Dish Dish if anyone is looking.
