Deep Sea Fishing Recommendation

Can anyone recommend someone who can take us deep sea fishing? We have gone on half day trips but would like to go further out and catch a big one.

Sure wish I had known a couple of days ago as we were down there and I could have checked with the guys at the fishing guy area on the way to the malechon. We will be going back down in two weeks and I will be happy to check things out.
