Once you enter the main lobby there will be 3 separate convention areas (as seen on the photos). There is also a lounge area. The convention center will be constructed where the old airport is currently located.
Total Cost: $110 Million Pesos
For the first stage $60 Million Pesos has been approved and ready to use by federal and state.

Lol, why is it that everytime I see one of these conceptual drawings that I feel like it is North Scottsdale? You can shove a burrito in my mouth when that exact concept is replicated in rocky point and I go and see it with my own eyes. Honestly, Im looking at that and Im like that would be an undertaking at Kierland, let alone RP.... looks good though but I did see drawings like that of Resorts and SB Marinas and golf courses and shopping malls coffee shops ice cream shops, Benzos rolling around like it was North Scottsdale.... none of that came to fruition, sorry to be negative. I call it being realistic...
