Contacting the US Consulate

If you have a question that you believe the US Consulate might be able to help you with try sending it to several different consulates. I contacted two and got a helpful answer from one and got blown off by the other.

The first Wednesday every month there is a "Virtual Consulate" in Fausto Sotos office in the city offices. You can talk one on one with a consulate employee. It starts at 10:00 and goes till 12:00 if you need directions just ask
