A bit back I bough a nice laptop and was absolutley disappointed that the operating system was Windows 8. The transition from 7 to 8 is idiotic. 8 is totally non intuitive and different from windows 7 . They even invented new names for stuff like icons are now 'charms'. I took my laptop and that of a friend to Ramses at penascohandyman.com. I got Windows 7 structure back and friend Elizabeth got her new laptop streamlined and loaded with movies and games. Can't say enough good about the service. If you are in Penasco and need some computer help, try Ramses.
