Amigos, we have a party tradition where we grill some great meats, warm up some tortillas and lay out a dozen or so tortilla stuffers so everyone can build their own burrito any way they like.
Part of the tradition is the ceremonious chopping of the meats on a wood block with a big curved knife. I think I bought the attached knife in Rocky Point back in the '80's.
Recently my brother-in-law came into for a "celebration of life" party and he ran the BYOBB. He determined we will pick him from our "random" holiday gift lottery and wants a suitable Mexican chopping knife.
We wont be back in Unconscious till after the new years so I'm hoping some of you local amigos might run across something similar to the attached picture and would pick it up for us.
Let em know and we can arrange for payment, delivery.... thanks in advance
