We recently bought a 3rd row corner lot in Playa Encanto.
We are looking for some first hand experiences and recommendations for a builder. Looking to build a small(1200 sq ft) quality shell home. Any recommendations on who to use? We will be down in November and would like to check out some builders and the homes they have built.
