VATS Messed Up

So that would be a 20% IVA across the board? Not just on gas and diesel?

It appears that would happen only if oil dropped to $30 a barrel. With oil hanging around $60 lately the VAT shouldn't change.
But like any government, if they can collect more money, they probably will.
Sad for the people who live and work in Mexico if it does become reality.
It wasn't that long ago the VAT increased to 16%.
