Electric turned off

So my uncle goes down to my house is Cholla, then calls me and says there is no power. I say, well check the panel by the meter out back and see if the main breaker is tripped or if someone has stolen the wires to the house again.
He calls back and says that there is a red tag on the meter. He can move the breakers and nothing happens. As if I did not pay the bill.

So I call Patty Perez bill paying service, that we have been using for the last 7 years. Disconnected.

I call Ramon at the T store in Cholla, as she is his mother, he says that she went out of business 4 months ago. And that she tried to contact everyone on the list and let them know. Well, she always was able to get ahold of me when she needed more money on the books but I guess was not able to find me this time.

I call Pro alliance insurance, because I have my truck there. The woman says that she needs the service number from my electric bill and she will see what she can do in the morning, as the city is closed now. Very helpful.

My uncle is out of luck until morning but maybe we can make something happen then.

So, I need a new bill paying service. Any recommendations?
And it would be nice to know what happened to the deposit I had with Patty Perez. Any ideas?

I hope you get it figured out. Kinda par for the course out here though some don't want to hear it.
Good luck to you and your uncle, traggic coming out here to not be able to enjoy everything that PP has to offer. Or even know that what you have put money into is being used properly or at all for that matter.

I have been trying to get my refund for a year and a half afterI sold my condo and they kept paying the bill anyway

What I do is pay my electric slightly in advance. In that way each time I go to RP I check to see how much in advance I am and as I close in on zero I give them N500 to N1000 pesos. Never had an issue.

Bancomer pays our Elect. And Phone for free just need to keep min bal. of 2000 pesos. This has worked for us the last two years.

Pay CFE more than your current bill and the extra credit will meet future billing needs.
You can use their web site to check your current credit balance.

Took your uncle to CFE and he paid the amount due. They are staying at my place again tonight, hopefully it will be turned on tomorrow or Monday.

I just pay my electric bill at OXXO. I pay extra to keep ahead of it.
