Look up the worlds worst 50 cities. Quite interesting that you will find that New Orleans. ranke 17th while Ciued Juarez, Mex. is a little safer at 19th

Well the Somalia pirates moved to the great lakes and rivers now. They feel its easier to flee to Canada, If the US starts to shoot at them.
