Sonoyta Immigration Hours

I am getting my Mexican permanent card. I need to get a FMM at the border Friday morning. I know the border opens at 6 AM but will the Mx immigration office be open then? And I will have to pay at the bank for it there. So I am wondering if both offices will be open. Has anyone had to do this? Thanks in advance for any info!

be sure and try to make it to the border around 9 am that way you know for sure the bank is open, as it is the only place you can pay for your FMM

Interesting. I never paid for an FMM before. To annually renew my visa in the past, I had to get an FMM at the border. Simply pulled over south of crossing and entered the office just to the right. Never any cost. But then, that was prior to recent new immigration laws.

They are collectng the money at the immigration office now. No need to go to the bank.
