CFE Online Payment

Has anyone had any success in making a payment using their online payment internet page? I tried again this billing period with 3 three different CC's and all were declined including my Capital One Visa that I use exclusively while in Mexico without any issues. Do they just not take USA issued CC's?

My understanding is it needs to be set up with your bank in the US to be able to pay it. How to do that, I have not a clue.

I already messaged my CC through their website. I'll see if they have an explanation.

My understanding is that any online transaction (via CC or debit) must go through a Mexican bank.
