I like Mary's Cocteleria on the Malecon. The Ledesma family has owned and operated it for many years. It's the two level oceanfront blue building on the right side after the down hill curve. It's not a fancy place but it's where the locals go and everything is always tasty and fresh. The have a fish and shrimp platter that will feed 4 easily. Ask for Cisco !
