ATM with drawls at Santander Bank

Please help me out. If I have A Bank of America account, can I withdrawal money at the Santander ATM? Are there fees? If there are fees, with which card are they associated with, debt? Or ATM? Or both?

no fee's
you receive the current bank exchange rate (BofA debit card)

I use my ATM/Debit card. NO fees

Actually you will have to agree to accept a fee of $0.00 to get your money.
