Need a long term rental

We are currently renting in las conchas but the house is too big and too expensive. Any leads on any condos or smaller homes near the beach for a 1 or 2 year term? 2 bedrooms is plenty and we have a small dog. Thanks!

Check out Puerta Privada. They have long term rentals only, No weekend warriors

Call Dee at Twindolphins 638-383 3919 or 602 324 7241. A really nice casita, 2 bed.2 bath just came available in the Mirador area. It will not last long. You can look at it immediately. Tell her Roberto sent you.

No garage, 3 or 4 blocks to the beach. Walled and gated with off street parking and a nice small yard front and back. Great neighborhood, walk to Capones
