Once again I come with hat in hand! It's time for the 7th annual Rubber Duckies race for charity, this year to benefit 2 different causes, 1) To help pay for medically necessary transportation for citizens of Rocky Point to needed specialist appointments out of town and 2) To pay for transportation of participants in the Paraolympics (Special Olympics) to their events out of town. The race will be held June 8th at 11 A.M. in front of the Sonoran Sun. All are welcome to attend. Duckies are 5 dollars each or 3 for 10. Prizes include restaurant packages, a stay at one of the Sonorans, signed Roger Clyne memorabilia including bottles of tequila and much more You do not need to be present to win.
