Blue Cable along Sandy Beach

Does anyone know what cable they are laying along the Sandy Beach road?

According to one of local friends, it is for a new companies Cable TV/internet and phone service for SB and
Cholla bay. Supposed to be less than what TelMex charges.

3 tv's with no premium channels and without internet $40+.

Not much of a deal, you would think compition would help.
