Si! vale la pena, es un buen muchacho. I have the 2 little condo's in old port, but parking is a problem, thats why I didn't mention them before.

the place where we just moved in has a tiny apartment sized house next to it, the landlord lived in it and moved to Phoenix this past wknd. She wants to rent it long term.
