Thursday, 4 PM. Bikes are rolling into town. The sound of open pipes is bounding around. Saw several groups on Benito Juarez. They looked like the semi-serious category, not the real ones and not the pretend ones. Fun to try to guess. When they pull up to a traffic light, stop and almost fall over there's not a lot of guessing needed !! When they have worn leathers and are flying colors and have that glint in their eye, there's not a lot of guessing needed either. Looking forward to the Malecon Friday or Saturday afternoon and evening.

All my stuff has four wheels down. We can hear them over here on our side of town too and we are nowhere near touristy areas.
What's the line on guy/gal ratio for bike weekend? I'm going to go out on a limb and say 2,000 males/6 females.
Its always been bring your own.
Early still but I'd say it's a success. LOTS of bikes on the streets and in parking lots.
