October in PP has to the best month of the year. Summer is over and you don't have the a/c's running 24/7. The ocean is still warm enough to be comfortable and the nights are just beautiful. Plus, you have public events happening every weekend. I can't wait to go back this weekend!
October is my favorite month visit P.P. the weather is beautiful and the water is still warm. I am supposed to be down there right now but had to cancel my reservations. This is the first time in over a decade that I haven't been down in October.
Just got home tonight, 5 days there, OMG IT WAS HOT, AUGUST HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOlly DIOS. Hot and humid, nasty, hopefully that breaks for next weekend.

You must not be from AZ. It was beautiful in the Mirador area.
Wow, MexicoJoe, I thought last weekend was much nicer than 2 weeks earlier- no where near as humid and the low temp was 68 degrees. Leave the windows and doors open- perfect at night.
After spending five weeks in August and September in PP last weekend was wonderful. Plus, I thought this summers was much more mild than the last few summers. A good chair, umbrella and the beautiful warm water of the Sea of Cortez is all I need. I might be spoiled with a beach front spot and two good A/C's.
I was there Sept. 19-23rd and it was pretty bad, the last 2 mornings there the temps were finally in the low 70's, but the humidity was 90%, ARRRGGGG!!
Later this week it will finally turn nice and the humidity should finally lower.
Thank goodness for my new 2 ton A/C.
