Thats what happens, when you either don't get or don't follow the recommemdation's laid out in the Evironmental Impact Study, the rest of us who build here, near waterway's or the beach are required by federal law to follow. I am sure the Cruises out where you are , had to get one, Jerry. I'm having one done now in Ejido Lagrimas, on the new highway to El Golfo.

over engineering is a good thing when you live next to the sea.Chris and Doug at Santo Tomas went heavy on the infrastructure and things hold up well except the constant battle with blowing sand on the front row is never ending. I am worried the coastal highway may be under built for the truck traffic it is getting.

Perron 20 or so houses,one 7 unit condo..half occupied,two houses under construction and 3 in the deal stage.I have a great extra lot or two and a plan if anyone wants in. No one lives there full time .
