A confrontation between two groups shot criminal left a toll to five gunmen dead on a public street, as well as an agent of the PEI when elements of the State Police Investigator (PEI) tried to arrest a criminal gang.

In continuing the operation in the garage of a house in the colony Sports, PEI agents located the body of another person who apparently participated in the confrontation between the two criminal groups.
Subsequently, the Mexican Army in the bypass road Peñasco to Sonoyta found a Dodge vehicle, white, late model, with blood stains, so it is presumed to be the same in which the gunmen fled.

It was Jose Ramon Sabori Cisneros, 46-year-old native of ejido Ortega, Baja California. Among his belongings was found a driver's license in the name of Ignacio Juarez Cisneros, whose picture matches the physical characteristics of the now deceased.
Oscar Manuel Cardenas Garcia, 28-year-old native of Otalillos, Badiraguato, Sinaloa, Julio Cesar Acosta Contreras, 30-year-old native of Ciudad Obregon, Sonora.
Froylan Romualdo Gaxiola Ochoa, 34-year-old native of El Fuerte, Sinaloa, who was found a driver's license in the name of Wilfredo Acosta Lugo, and Jose Humberto Elenes Morales, a native of El Fuerte, Sinaloa.
