I cannot find the taco stand owned by "Chino Man" . I have eaten at his stand for many years but he is not in the old port area anymore (at least I can't find him).
Hard to find but he and his 7th wife sell tacos in front of their home a few blocks south of Josepha Dominguez behind the El Gringo beer expendio. I will try to find a google map for you
