Inauguration last night, open tonight Friday the 29th of June 2012
There were about 150 on hand for the inauguration. The Cinema will employee about 45 fulltime. The facility is state of the art. It is in a beautiful setting as well. Lots of energy and lots of power there last night, it was fun!
Russ, great job on the pictures. It really looks like they have done a fab job and will be a place everyone can enjoy, locals, expats & tourists. From the looks of the Mall it appears that it will also be a showcase, as beautiful - if not more so, then malls in the US.

The pride that I witnessed in the work was outstanding. Once it begins to populate it will be the hub of what is going on for the locals. They are going to be announcing major investors as well as major tenants that are on deck to start the energy flow!
Please keep us updated - then can pass it on. Real Estate sales have been on the increase in the past few months - a really good sign for all of Penasco. I think the new Malecon has also done a great job of promoting Penasco with tourists, as well as the improvements done at the old port. There is a feeling of pride and excitement and positive thinking wherever we go lately.
