I just read in the Sonoran newsletter where Sonora has adopted the 9-1-1 emergency line in English. This should make travelers feel a little safer, knowing that there is someone to call. Of course, we've always had our own Rosie!

Dial 066 or 911 it rings in Nogales where you will be transferred to English if need be and they can locate you using GPS in your phone if enabled, its cool

So we should not try to call in annonymous tips to that line ?!?!

Aw, thanks, Julie. Although when a real emergency is happening, call them first, me second. Haven't posted or even lurked much lately, but this is my busiest part of the year. I'm thinking I should just pitch a tent in front of the police station.
