I don't know about that but I use and have been watching pay pal grow for years, and they seem to be as safe as it gets. I've only used it here in the states, but there is no reason to believe their worldwide system is any less.

We have used Safesend via Bank of America for years, no fees and very simple to use.

I've been with B of A for years, and I've never even looked at this.

Wow, I've sent several money wires through my local branch of BOA and they have never mentioned this service!!! Thanks for nothing BOA - just another reason on the long list of things I dislike about you.

I have a long list myself, but they've been carrying my credit card at 5.9% for years, and they haven't jerked me around like Chase did.

I use the transfer function of paypal when I get paid in dollars and it transfers directly into my BBVA account here in Penasco and converts to Pesos at the daily rate. Works great for me.
