Well the weather is spectacular. The beaches are beautiful. I'd take a day trip out to La Pinta, let the kids gather shells and chase the sea birds. Maybe visit the gold stamping mill or dig clams, or FISH !! A trip t the PInacate would be fun too, the kids will love teh craters and you might spot a mountain goat or two.
