Illegal WEB advice on owning Mexican Real Estate

This genius is reccomending a 'trusted friend' purchase to avoid the cost of a Bank Trust. This is clearly illegal in Mexico. I could not find an e-mail address to contact him. Just bulls**t from the web.

And how long will this "trusted firend" remain a trusted friend...after you've plopped the money down???

I had a close friend purchase in Mexico and put it under his wifes name who has dual citizenship. She then divorced him and guess who got the condo.
