In the summer time it is hard to sit at the SharkBite when you see that big neon sign that says "AC" Just good business. Keep the customers comfortable and they will stay longer.

It's true, we tried to do it one day during the week in August when the BooBar wasn't putting their AC on, hoping there would at least be an ocean breeze on the upper level, but it just wasn't blowin' that day. We barely lasted one beer. However, in the cooler months I do prefer that 2nd row of restaurants, getting sun from head to toe.
We don't need no stinkin AC. Like JJ's used to say, "NO WHINERS". Plenty of AC at your local Applebee's.

I assume such a true mexican experience would include cheap prices and not US based pricing. I am all for no restrooms, no a/c as long as the establishment has prices that reflect its nature
