At the big curve 60 miles South of Rocky Point (when you see the overpass) the coastal highway isn't finished (real close) and the dirt road shortcut is a mess of mud,huge puddles and confusing cuts to the finished paved road.....DO NOT TAKE It!!!
Stay on the old road for ten miles until you see the sign for Santo Tomas (across from the big tree the old guy sells 50lb bags of Oranges under).....take a right...the road comes to a tee in a mile....take another right and go 6 miles and you pick up the finished highway again. If headed for Santo Tomas the road is a mess from these unreal rains
Rumor.....the construction company screwed up the overpass and may have to knock it down.....the road will be xlosed for 2 weeks if they have to do it....
