What is going on with the road construction around the 18th of September. It looks like a bridge or reworking of the curve.

It is the coastal highway short cut.From there you will pickup the new road to Alvaro Obregon,desemboque,puerto lobos etc.... it is all done except the first 5 miles to the Ejido near Santo Tomas..
