Once again without knowing the story it is hard to know why this happened. We can all say how bad it looks but then we would just be jumping to conclusions.
I am not trying to defend or condemn the cops in the video..but What I am curious about is the statement "I am very sad I have to post this..." Nope, you didn't HAVE to post it...you CHOSE to post it. When you add to that the 'editorial' heading of "Don't get arrested in Penasco" you are making a statement. Of course, I defend your right to make a statement here or anywhere else. I guess I am just thinking that when a statement is made, the person making it should assume accountability.

Again, thank you for thinking about me at night. It is nice to see that a simple mind finds a way to laugh. No one should get "pissed off" from comments coming from impaired people, however if you want to think it "pissed" me off then that is ok- it is nice to see the challenged enjoy life as much as possible.

You know the cops where beating on that guy because he is not affiliated with a drug cartel. The cops balls fall off when they have to go after a made guy.
Ehh, so they got a few kicks in while trying to hand cuff a local fat guy. Not sure what the story is here. Looks to be a drunk local, not cartel related that was probably doing something he should not have been doing being arrested by the local Barney's and getting in on the receiving side of a boot parade.
