Lenguada, based on the Spanish word "lengua," meaning tongue.
Use some small plastic white grubs on jigheads. Or, I've caught them (mostly by accident) using a sabiki while making bait. They weren't very big, but they are there. Only problem with either lure is you'll catch a lot of lizardfish and other stuff in your quest to catch the flounder. There's really no way to target just the flounder.
Stuart I would have said the same thing but sometimes I am at a loss and I too flounder, I said that just for the halibut, totally on porpoise! Man I got sol, no? Have a great day everybody!

Russ took his Jeep into the taller mechanico in Penasco. The mechanico spent some time diagnosing the problem, them told Russ "Senor, looks like you've blown a seal."
Russ, with an offended look on his face, responded "Hey buddy! Let's leave my personal life outta this and just fix the damn Jeep, okay?"
A 'penguin' had to take his car into a garage for a engine repair. The mechanic told the 'penguin' to leave the car with him for about two hours, to find out what's wrong. The 'penguin' goes across the street to a grocery store, climbed into the freezer and ate vanilla ice-cream. When the two hours was up, the 'penguin' went back to the garage to find out what happened to his car. When the 'penguin' entered the garage, the mechanic looked at him and said' "Looks like you blew a seal." The penguin replied, "No, that was vanilla ice-cream I was eating."
