Beachfront rentals

Sadly, our previous rental contact is no longer renting.

Does any one have suggestions of where to find a beachfront house or townhouse for rent?
Preferably Playa Encanto or Play La Jolla since they're close to Morua estuary (kayak fishing) but Cholla bay and Las Conchas areas also sound interesting.

We'll be there in May, probably during the week.

Solar/12volt is OK. We don't need amenities or maid service, just looking for something on the beach.
Two families - 4 parents/4 kids.
