Thanks everybody... this turned out to be a pretty damn good day for getting older... went out to the island and the water was so calm and flat it looked like ice... saw some whales from a distance (no close encounters) the sea lions were very playful and put on a great show for us... we hooked a yellowtail on a sibiki and turned it into some fresh sushimi (shushi) for a quick snack... and on the way back home capt. Aldofo stopped the boat everyone (I think they were drunk) started singing happy birthday to me and Martillo (Hammer) brought out 2 Hostest cup cakes with candles as big as railroad flares on them... lucky he didn't catch the boat on fire...

To top off the evening Barb and I went for my "Birthday Happy Meal" at Sushi Sun where I had my usual Spicey octopus hand roll, spicey scallop hand roll, a candy cane roll with that bright red fatty tuna in place of the smoked salmon and a Gohan Special (steamed rice with cream cheese and crab salad on top)to finish it off... Barb had her usual chicken on a stick...

If you like Sushi you should try the Sushi Sun... on Calle 13

Kenny I'm sure I will, but I'm going to try to take my time at catchin up to you... you'll just have to stick around and wait for me...

Happy b-day Mark, I see you had a blast already so might as well continue to your next b-day having fun!! how old are you now? 18?
