They really butchered the dunes and it is just a crazy layout (long,thin lots)..they cut V's into the back of the dunes,scrapped the desert and sand does move on live dunes. I like the giant house with the 5 ac units on the roof sort of scarface cool
The underground power wasn't done right so they went with poles last i heard .
