Finally it sems that a Mexican developer from somewhere south is going to invest in RP for the people of RP rather than for the tourist http://www.morroalto.com and it will be big too!!!
it is out a way from the town itself but it is growing in size everytime we go by, I bet there are some locals that are very happy with their new homes, and the entrance to the place looks as good as any of the resorts entrance, soon to have it's own traffic light too!!
