Since June 2009, more than 24,000 manufacturing jobs have been added in Juárez, on the Texas-Mexico border, and the amount of tractor-trailer traffic hauling goods through the region increased by 22 percent from January to June of 2010 compared with the first six months of last year.

And I know of one local major corporation that relocated some manufacturing facilities south of the border (Chihuahua).....and cannot get acceptable quality/output....so is bringing the work back to the US....
Mexico's economy is a lot better than the USA, in fact it seems like the rest of the world is doing better than the USA for what hear from friends in a couple of different places, South America, Europe and Asia, I wonder if the media is playing a role in this one too!!
