"Hey Beach Club fans. Sorry to say we have officially closed :(
Thank to all you loyal fans for your memories of good times.
The business and land are for sale.
We will keep this page and our website up and running, feel free to post your memories and photos."
A very sad day for all of us who recognize Manny's as one of the most iconic Rocky Point destinations. And surely Manny's will rise again, but its closure should come as a warning sign to all of us that love Penasco that we need to not only make it a point to support local businesses while we're down there, but also to continue to tell family and friends that it is STILL SAFE to visit. Otherwise, all the things that make the town so unique are going disappear, and we'll be left with a bunch of Pemex stations, Circle K's and McDonalds.
Oh, and hey--no TSA pat-down "gate rapes!"
