Just an FYI, we are meeting on the 30th to discuss board transition, landscaping progress, and review finances.

We are a quiet group compared to the condo towers.

Good news, our HOA has money, all accounted for, and our biggest argument is whether we should build a pool area now. (something happened to that beach club and 9th hole par three hole on the golf course promised by the Browns when I bought and built my house , hahahahahahahahahaha)

In light of all the negative HOA news, I am happy to be a part of ours!
