Hey kids with some new developments I am offering to rent my 1 Bedroom Condo at the Sonoran Spa. I am looking for a long term rental. I would prefer 6 month or longer but I would consider 3 or 4 month also. Rent is $750.00 this includes all utilities. This is an end unit on the 6th floor.

man that is cheap..with fees and utilities it doesn't seem worth it from your side in a way.....wear and tear etc....

Agree with Jerry (very rare occurrence!!!)....you're barely covering HOA, utilities and wear and tear! Wish I was already retired....I'd grab that up!

Actually guys and girls we love Penasco so much and we love to bring our cheap friends that we picked up a smoking deal on a larger unit over at the Sea. I just want to offer a good deal I will be losing a few dollars a month but I will still be keeping it. (it is up for sale as well)

Yes Diva has her own room and bed along with a larger patio... Roberto I will give you a buzz next time we come down Diva has gotten bigger...
