I wish we had the same weather you guys are having up there, the humidity with high temps and no rain is making Tucson feel miserable, if I move out of state that will be the reason!! however I love the 4 weeks of winter, it is sad that business and employees are suffering for something they did not vote on!!
Well, I guess there's really no reason we can't discuss it here. I'm a member of another board where although not everyone agrees, it definitely has a "left" leaning tone. I'm not "pro" illegal immigration, but the stuff below just scares the cr*p out of me. This is eearily reminiscent of the beginnings of Nazi Germany. Do I think we'll wind up with gas chambers and ovens in the US? Of course not! But the seeds of hate have been planted and are growing rapidly. It just makes me really sad.
There have also been a couple of reports of illegal immigrants being shot in the back by "unknown assailants" in the desert. They're hoping it's not an anti-immigrant group or single person just out to kill immigrants.
