Legit concern. I had bought “chicken fish” over the years , which is really puffer fish cleaned appropriately at the Melecon, and it is very good.
However, once I learned the risk and the toxicity if it is not cleaned perfectly, you can die from eating this fish.
too many great eating fish in the sea of Cortez, this one is not worth the risk.
