If you've tried to do anything in Mexico recently...buy or sell, place an insurance policy, etc, etc, you know they are out of control with the "know your client" info they request. The latest to place a simple insurance policy is 2 picture ID's, utility bill for Mx, utlity bill for USA, driver's license, marriage certificate and birth certificate. Did you note this is exactly what they need for identity theft? They insist you can trust them. LOL!
