Has downtown and Malecon recovered from that past storm a while back?
Has the sand been punched back up onto the beaches as I saw video the town doing that.
The ultimate eggnog. It's the ultimate because it's the easiest !
No cooking is required, and it's low calorie.
Into a blender:
2 whole eggs, without the shells is best
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
A dry sweetener....real sugar or fake sugar. I use 3/8 cup, or less, of fake.
1-2 cup of milk ...use your choice of skim, 2 %, whole, half-n-half or real cream
4 oz of rum, bourbon or Canadian whiskey
Blend for 1 minute
Optional: a sprinkle of ground cloves and/or a splash of vanilla.
If you have enough will power, age it in the fridge overnight, or up to 2 weeks.
