Are the panga charters still going out of the old port or cholla or is it shore fishing only.
Seems to be business as usual. I can't comment specifically on pangas but I wouldn't see why not. Everything is open, port is open and tour/fishing boats have been going out on the 7 days I've been in RP in the last 30 days...
