Storm over Thanksgiving do any damage. Rains okay. How is the road to Playa Encanto.

Most likely caused by the balcony furniture left out.

Do not know. I did not inquire but I will see the guy again and ask him.

One post on FB with blown in windows stated that the window/door frames were not screwed into the exterior walls. So who knows.
When you have 50-60mph winds blowing windows aren't that strong especially when they are 7-8 foot tall. I had a 5x6' window explode during a micro burst during a storm in Phx 15 years ago. It was installed correctly.

I heard 6 units at the Sonoran Spa were affected by furniture blowing around on the patio

The road to Playa Encanto has some water on it but nothing serious,
