Turtles and nests are back in Penasco!

Fantastic! We had a batch on our beach last year and will be looking for them this weekend. Wish the long line fishing technique was not allowed but I understand their business also.

There was a small commotion on the beach this morning before we headed back and we realized it was because a local ecological group was releasing 80 sea turtle hatch-lings right in front of the resort! I am going to try to post a couple videos I took below.
