Ah yes.....Gary, Indiana....the spring break capital for????? oh yes....Chicago and Detroit!!!!

I remember driving through Gary on the way to the Quad Cities (does anybody go TO Gary???) back about 25 years ago. It was sunny outside...and then I hit Gary....felt like I was driving through the "Mad Max" movie scenery....dark/gloomy/no sun shining thru. Has it changed any in those 25 years????:stir:

When I Was a kid and worked in Factories and foundries near Gary it was a good place to live but there never was a job that was closer to what hell feels like than the main yard at US Steel:
