I owned there for 2 years when it was new. In those days if you overcrowded a unit even for just visitors (not overnighter) you could get kicked out and no refund. My tenant lived in my unit across from my other unit and he would call downstairs and says check unit. "They got 8 people there." It slept 4.
When I have friends come and visit me for the day, I always notify the guards at the gate at Bella And as long as they check out by 10, there is no problem.
